Big agencies are built for big, distant brands. Their process, their minimums and their instincts are all shaped for a national campaign, not a shop on your street.

A local business needs the opposite. Fewer people, closer to the work, who can walk past the storefront, taste the product and answer the same afternoon. Speed and proximity beat scale when the whole market is a few kilometres wide.

Generic also shows. Copy written for anyone reads like it was written for no one, and a Beirut audience notices immediately when a brand does not sound like it belongs here.

Smaller is not a weaker version of bigger. For a local brand, it is simply the right size.
